A new, or “one trip” shipping container is a container that was manufactured overseas (typically in China) and sent overseas filled with goods. Once the goods are unloaded, the shipping container is sold, hence the name “one trip” shipping container. These “one trip” shipping containers are as new as you can buy. They will be in excellent condition with the possibility of some dings and scratches from it being shipped on a barge along side other containers and handled at the ports with forklifts, etc.

How it works
Step 1: Get a Quote
Tell us what Island you're on (Oahu, Maui, Big Island, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai) and what size and container type you need.
If you’d also like
optional add-ons or future modifications, let us know — we can provide things like doors, windows, vents, insulation, paint, or electrical pre-prep.
Step 2: Place Your Order
Once you’re ready to place an order for your shipping container, we’ll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit you can securely pay online, or you can mail a check. This locks in your pricing and holds your unit.
Step 3: Choose any improvements
If you have chosen any upgrades, this is where we finalize them.
We’ll provide options for:
• Extra doors or windows
• Air vents / turbine vents
• Lockboxes
• Interior paint
• Exterior color
• And even light-duty prep work for future DIY conversions.
If you prefer the container totally unmodified, just skip this step.
Step 4: Preparation & Quality Check
Once you approve the final purchase, we get to work preparing or modified shipping container.
Step 5: Delivery to Your Property
Upon receipt of final payment, we will arrange delivery so you can start enjoying your new space.
